REFUND, RESCHEDULING & PAYMENT POLICY

Digital Products (All Sales Final)

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• eBooks

• Workbooks

• Guides & Templates

• Audio content

• Courses

• Downloadable resources

Once access has been granted, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to digital content and therefore waive any right to a refund.

Coaching Services (Non-Refundable)

All coaching services and programs are non-refundable once purchased.

This includes:

• 1:1 coaching sessions

• Coaching programs

• Group coaching

• Consultations

Coaching involves reserved time, preparation, and immediate access to program materials. For this reason, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Scheduling conflicts

• Missed sessions

• Dissatisfaction with results

No Guarantees Disclaimer

Coaching is a collaborative personal development service.
Results are not guaranteed.

Client success depends on personal effort, commitment, and individual circumstances beyond the coach’s control.

By purchasing coaching services, you acknowledge that Heavenly Amazing Bliss LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.

Rescheduling Policy (Coaching Only)

Clients may reschedule sessions under the following conditions:

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Requests made within 24 hours may be treated as a missed session.
• Sessions missed without notice are forfeited.

Rescheduled sessions must be completed within a reasonable timeframe agreed upon by the coach.

Heavenly Amazing Bliss reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified and offered a new session date.

Program Completion Window

All coaching sessions must be completed within 8 weeks of the program start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any unused sessions after this timeframe may be forfeited.

Payment Plan Policy

The B.L.I.S.S. Method Coaching Experience is a 6-week program.
Payment plans are offered as a courtesy to make enrollment more accessible and are not subscription services.

Program Investment

Full Investment: $497

Payment Plan Option

Three payments of $175

Payment schedule:

• First payment of $175 is due before the first session to secure your spot.
• Remaining payments of $175 will be charged every two (2) weeks.
• All payments must be completed within 30 days of the program start date.

By enrolling, you authorize Heavenly Amazing Bliss to automatically charge the payment method on file for future scheduled payments.

All coaching packages must be paid in full before the final session is delivered.

Failure to Complete Payments

Clients are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available on scheduled payment dates.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

• Suspension of future sessions

• Removal from the program

• Loss of access to coaching materials and resources

Because services and digital materials are provided immediately, all payments remain non-refundable and non-transferable.

Outstanding Payments & Collections

If a payment fails, the client agrees to promptly provide an updated payment method.

If the remaining balance is not paid after notice:

• The full remaining balance becomes immediately due.
• Heavenly Amazing Bliss LLC reserves the right to send unpaid balances to collections or pursue legal recovery.
• Client agrees to be responsible for reasonable collection and legal fees incurred.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Heavenly Amazing Bliss LLC, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services or products delivered according to this policy.

If a chargeback or dispute is initiated:

• Access to all services and products will be revoked immediately.
• Any outstanding balance becomes immediately due.
• The dispute may be submitted as evidence in collections or legal recovery.
