Booking Your Session

All coaching sessions must be booked through the official scheduling calendar on our website.

You will receive a confirmation email with session details after booking.

At the scheduled time, the coach will call the phone number provided during booking.

Rescheduling Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.

Requests made within 24 hours are considered late changes and may be treated as missed sessions.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for rescheduling.
• No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Late Arrivals

Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time, even if the client is late.

If the client does not answer the call within 15 minutes, the session may be marked as a no-show.

Payment Requirements

Payment is required at the time of booking via secure checkout.

Payment plans are available for coaching programs.

All digital products, coaching sessions, devotionals, and courses are final sale.

Call & Environment Requirements

Sessions are conducted via phone call initiated by the coach.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing an accurate phone number

• Being in a quiet and private environment

• Being available at the scheduled time

If technical issues occur on the coach’s end, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.

Confidentiality

All coaching sessions and client information are kept strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law for safety reasons.

Code of Conduct

Heavenly Amazing Bliss maintains a safe, respectful, faith-based environment.

Harassment, offensive language, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
